Flex Wires

Every wire of DUNES FLEX screens vibrate in themselves in addition to the normal screen movements. In this way, holes of the DUNES FLEX screens are disentangled easily, and thus, they clean themselves. Efficiency is higher up to 50% in screening problems. DUNES FLEX screens are used for screening particles that have tendency to adhere to the square screen mesh and materials which have thin granules. DUNES FLEX screens are manufactured from wires at certain distances and polyurethane in plain or fully grooved shape. They operate by springing of discrete wires and principle that strectched wire vibrates easily. It can be installed like normal square screen mesh. However, in order to ensure the efficiency and long life of the transversal joints of DUNES FLEX screens, replacing longitudinal or transversal conveyors should be paid attention to. The main attribute of DUNES FLEX screens is providing maximum screen efficiency by creating as big as possible open screen spaces.
